Hey ghost, I was just about to put up a new Post to spark something. Saw your post and thought, why not put mine here? Hope you don't mind...

I'm a certified sicko! What about you? Re: obsessive-compulsive-disorder! Let's look.

What's on my Hard Drive from around here?

59 GB of the best music on the Planet: 5930 files of which 370 are shortens and 128 are flacs... most others are VBRs... 110 Grateful Dead shows, lots of String Cheese Incident, Leftover Salmon, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones... focusing on shows and sets where David Grisman, Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Mark O'Conner, Vassar Clements or others were sitting in, Telluride Bluegrass Festival shows, New Years Eve shows. (Make sure to use the Advanced Search form on LMA)

210 Dead pics, 50 lyrics text files...

I'd trade it all to be 21 again and have the '73 Dead fumble the Truckin' lyrics at Roosevelt Stadium one more time.

Looks like the folks at Archive-dot-org, LMA, and e-tree might just be more sick than me.

I bought a new pair of shoes today, 2 sizes too small. I have plenty of shoes that fit already. I don't like cottage cheese even a little.

Guess I should answer your original question with 2 questions, first. I didn't want to do that before because many folks consider doing that is the same as an insult. How in the heck can we prove if a candidate tune qualifies? Do you have the 30-year-run unflawed master setlist from live shows we need to check against? Maybe next time you post, I won't think so much. Sorry about the shoes, ghost.

I've got no less than 200 gb of Grateful Dead, including Jerry Garcia side projects - all mp3 on one drive. Then, I've got another 25 gb of Phil and Friends mp3 on another drive. I've got some 250 .jpg photos that I program into my vizualizer (G-Force) and make album covers for my iTunes media player. Currently have some 35 gb of shows active in my iTunes media player on another drive. Going to purchase a tet hd later today to back it all up on (and my family photos and videos - gotta have priorities, right?). Sorry, what was the question? Never played Pride, huh? Phil visits that tune fairly often, but I don't recall ever hearing the Grateful Dead play it.

ALthough "played" in Chicago in 1969, the version is actually as studio tape played on top of the live feedback.
Depending on how you see ANthem, there are many "named" segments that are strictly studio.

Weren't transit>siding>flyer done on 2/26/77? I think the frist was the only time that they included thw whole piece live.

The master lists can be found in DeadBase or Setlists by the way.

Cottage Cheese?...Not even at gunpoint.
